Disney Cruise Line Unveils the First Disney Attraction At Sea Aboard The Disney Wish Cruise Ship

Today Disney Cruise Line announced their new cruise ship, The Disney Wish, will set sail beginning in June 2022 out of Port Canaveral.

First Disney Ride at Sea

It was announced that the first Disney attraction at sea would be onboard the Disney Wish – The AquaMouse!

This new aquatic attraction will feature immersive elements embedded within a brand new Mickey and Minnie Mouse short – Scuba Scramble! I love the new animation style (looks like it will be similar to the adventures in Mickey Mouse Shorts), and I’m so excited to see this new aqua coaster in action.

From the video it looks like one of the new ride elements will be a lift conveyor belt to allow the two person tube to ascend to the top of the ride. From there, the adventurers slide down (curving right through the forward Funnel) and wind their way high above the starboard side of the ship before finishing back near the 2nd Funnel.
